PayPal is one of the most popular international payment platforms, but currently, PayPal does not operate in Pakistan. However, there are workarounds for receiving payments:

Use Payoneer or Wise: These platforms allow you to receive PayPal payments via an intermediary account.
Get Paid in USD: Link your Payoneer account to receive PayPal transfers and then withdraw to a local bank.
Create a PayPal Account: If you have a family member or friend abroad, ask them to create a PayPal account for you, but ensure all transactions comply with PayPal's terms and conditions.
